"Over all the service was good and I believe good value of money. However, communication could be improved. We struggled to contact each other (driver and I) and it led to a huge delay. I think you should be more precise on the pick up zone .g. The person I had on the phone before the driver told me to wait at the taxi rack. However, as a private company of taxi, your taxis are not allowed to wait there. The email I received mentioned that the starting point was on 50 Wharfdale road which was absolutely not where the taxi was picking me up from. Although I understand the map and journey is indicative I think the starting point should be where the taxi csn pick up. Besides that I found everyone super helpful and had a wonderful driver who vas very nice and keen on helping."
